1. Working Method

We operate as an online ticketing platform. All orders placed are confirmed through a registration email sent after order completion. If you don’t have an account, we will automatically create one for you during the purchase process.

Upon completing your order, you will receive your tickets via separate PDF files sent to your email address (for example, if you purchased 4 tickets, you will receive 4 separate PDF files, each containing one ticket). These tickets must be presented at the event entrance. Access to the event is granted after scanning the QR code on the ticket. Each QR code is unique and can only be used once per person. Once scanned, the code cannot be reused at any entry point, as all scanners operate in real-time and are connected online.

2. Payment Options

We only accept card payments, which are processed through Banca Transilvania, our authorized payment processing partner. All communication is conducted via a secure SSL connection with encrypted data transmission. Card information is processed exclusively by the online payment processor.

4. Network Overload Protection

We may limit the real-time availability of tickets when demand is high to protect our platform from overload. As traffic decreases, tickets will become gradually available again. This is a common practice, and you may notice ticket availability fluctuating during high-demand periods.

5. Tax Bills for Legal Entities

For orders placed by legal entities, a tax bill can be issued upon request by sending an email to office@rockstadt.ro. The request must include:

  • Order number or name used for order
  • Complete billing information:
    • Company name
    • VAT number
    • Trade Register number
    • Registered office address
    • Bank account details

  • Personal data collected includes: name, email address, and payment information
  • Your data is used exclusively for:
    • Processing your ticket purchase
    • Sending your tickets

  • We do not share your personal data with third parties except when legally required
