1. Refund Conditions
1.1 Event Cancellation
- Refunds are ONLY provided if the event is cancelled by the organizer
- Only the ticket price will be refunded
- Processing fees and service charges are non-refundable
1.2 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation date
- You will be notified via email if an event is cancelled
- To claim your refund, submit a request to info@rockstadtextremefest.ro
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
2. Non-Refundable Situations
2.1 Event Changes
- Line-up modifications
- Schedule changes
- Venue changes
- All changes will be communicated through official channels
2.2 Other Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in these situations:
- After the event has taken place
- If you cannot attend due to personal circumstances
- If you fail to present valid identification where required
- If you violate the event’s terms of entry
3. Ticket Validity and Transfer
3.1 Ticket Transfer
- Tickets are not nominal and can be transferred to other people
- The original buyer can resell or transfer their tickets
- The original buyer is responsible for proper ticket transfer
3.2 Lost or Stolen Tickets

- immediately for replacement
- Replacement requests must be made promptly
- We are not liable if lost/stolen tickets are used by others before replacement
