Working
Method
Rockstadtextremefest.ro is an online shop for tickets. The
orders placed on rockstadtextremefest.ro are confirmed through a registration
e-mail received after finalization of the order. The ordered tickets are sent
as a PDF file via e-mail after the order is placed.
After successfully placing an order online, the user will
receive the ordered tickets on the e-mail address he provided ( for example, if
they purchased 4 tickets, they will receive a pdf file containing the 4
tickets), that he has to present them at the entrance of the event. The access
for the event will be allowed after the QR code on the ticket. The QR codes are
unique and each code allows the access of only one person. Once the QR code is
scanned, another person cannot use it again, not even at another entry, because
all the scanners work in real time and are connected online.
Customer
Service
The e-mail office@rockstadt.ro which you can use
to contact us in connection to anything related to the ticketing service. Our colleagues
are taking the problems one by one as they are being assigned to them and are
answering in order to each ticket. Sometimes, given the large number of
requests, it can take up to 48 hours or longer for you to receive a reply,
depending on the complexity of the request. WE assure you that all of our
customers are equally important to us and that we do the best in order for you
to receive an answer as fast as possible and to offer you a quality service.
The communication with our customers is exclusively
written, in order to follow the discussion flow and be able to efficiently and
quickly resolve the tasks.
Payment
Options
For ticket purchase, Asociația Culturală REF accepts the purchase only via card:
Payment by debit or credit card will be processed by
Netopia Payments, Asociația Culturală REF partner for processing these
payments. Communication with the processor is done via a secure SSL connection,
the transmitted data being encrypted. All information regarding the card will
be processed exclusively by the online payment processer.
Ticket
Refunding
Tickets can only be refunded in the event of the cancellation of the event. Asociația Culturală REF will refund only the ticket charge.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation date. In the unfortunate case of event cancellation, you will be informed via e-mail, and the refund will be made according to your preference.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the line-up or event schedule. Any updates will be communicated through official channels. However, a modified line-up or schedule does not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
If the event is canceled, please send your refund request to office@rockstadt.ro. Asociația Culturală REF will refund the ticket value only.
Tickets are not nominal, which means the original buyer can resell them if desired. In the case of theft or loss of online tickets, customers must notify Asociația Culturală REF at office@rockstadt.ro to request a replacement. If the replacement request is not made in a timely manner, Asociația Culturală REF will not be held responsible for another person using the tickets or the customer’s inability to attend the event due to lost or stolen tickets.
Under no circumstances can tickets be refunded after the event has taken place.
Vouchers
If a customer uses a voucher to purchase tickets and the
whole voucher sum is not spent, the difference cannot be reimbursed.
The voucher can only be used for a singular order.
The voucher has a validity of 365 days from the date it was
emitted.
Overloading
the network
rockstadtextremefest.ro can limit in real time the
available number of tickets for an event when the demand (local or global) is
high, in order to protect the network/ the platform from being overloaded and
offering you the best experience possible. As the traffic gets lower, the
tickets will become available again, gradually. This method is common, so
sometimes you will may see that some categories are almost sold out at one
point, and after a few moments there are more tickets available.
Disclosure
regarding personal data
According to Law no 677/2001 on protection regarding the
free usage of personal data and free movement of such data, modified and
completed and Law no 506/2004 on processing personal data and protection of the
private life in electronic communications domain, the site administrator will
administrate the data provided by the users in the most secure conditions and
only the ways that the user is informed. We wish to inform you that personal
data is processed to give the best user experience by the site administrator of
commercial, marketing and publicity services electronic communication services
and services related to the ticket selling online platform.
Each user, by their own will, provides some of their data
to benefit of the services offered by the site administrator. Refusing to
provide some of the data can lead to impossibility of accessing some features
of the site. Your personal data can be transmitted to Asociația Culturală REF partners involved in providing services
through the site.
By Law no 677/2001, each user has the right to access, to
intervene in his own data, the right to not be subject to an individual
decision and the right to address to a justice figure. Also, the user has the
right to oppose procession of his personal data and request it be deleted.
Users understand and accept that erasure of their data will be followed by not
being able to access the services offered by the site’s administrator.

compliance with the applicable legislation. This personal data processing

This Confidentiality Policy is part of the User’s Terms and
Conditions of website www.rockstadtextremefest.ro and applies to the personal
data collected by means of website www.rockstadtextremefest.ro and the
associated mobile app, regardless of the manner of accessing or using them,
including by means of mobile devices, as well as the data collected from other
sources, in connection with the rockstadtestremefest.com services (“Services”).

Information that has been anonymised or pseudonimized, so
that they cannot be used to identify a certain natural person nor its personal

that we need in order to finalise your order and we shall notify you regarding
the status of your order (if applicable). Furthermore, we shall notify you
about any modification, re-schedule, cancellation or postponement of the event
for which you purchased a ticket.
Upon carrying out the purchase, each ticket buyer has the
possibility to decide whether they wants to receive commercial notifications,

processing in case of the following cases applies:
- the user disputes the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows
us to verify the accuracy of the data; - the processing is illegal, and the user opposes the removal of the
personal data, requiring in exchange the containment of their use; - we no longer need the personal data for the purpose of processing,
but the user requests them for the conclusion, exercise, or defence of a
right before the court of law; - the user has opposed the processing, for the period of time during
which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the operators
prevail over the ones of the person targeted.
The removal of your personal data or the containment of the
manner in which we process them shall have as a consequence the impossibility

Right
to data portability
The user has the right to receive the personal data that
concern them and the ones that they supplied to the operator in a structured
form, used currently and can be read automatically and has the right to send
the data to another operator, without obstacles from the operator to whom the
personal data were sent, if:
- the processing is based on a consent or on a contract and
- the processing is carried out by automated means.
In exercising its right to data portability, the user has the
right to have the personal data sent directly from the operator to another
where this is technically possible.

The users have the right to request and obtain the
withdrawal/cancellation/re-assessment of any decision that causes legal effects
regarding them, enforced exclusively based on a processing of personal data,
carried out by automated means, intended to assess certain aspects of its
personality, such as the professional competence, credibility, behaviour or any
other such aspects.
Right
to come before the courts of law
Without damaging the possibility to submit a complaint to
the supervisory authority regarding the personal data protection, the users
have the right to come before the courts of law for defending any rights
guaranteed under the law, which were violated.
If the user suffers a prejudice based on the processing of
personal data, carried out illegally, they can come before the competent court
of law for its remedy.

We encourage you to make sure that the personal data
supplied to our company are complete and accurate. Our team shall take all
steps necessary for the purpose of solving as quickly as possible your

According to the legislation in the field of personal data protection,
the response deadline is of 30 days. If, depending on the complexity of the
request we cannot implement the measures requested in a period shorter than one
month, this period shall be extended, in line with the applicable legislation,
by maximum 60 days. In this situation, you shall receive a notification within
maximum 30 days as of sending the request, regarding the reasons for the delay.
However, we can refuse your requests in certain cases, to
the extent to which they are unfounded, in compliance with the applicable
legislation.
Maintenance
and removal of data. Applicable deadlines
We can keep your data as long as you use Asociația Culturală REF services and for a reasonable amount of
time subsequently, as long as it is necessary to make sure of the compliance
with the legal obligations, the optimal settlement of disputes and the
implementation of our policy. Please remember that some or all the data you
supplied us with can be necessary for Asociația Culturală REF services to correctly operate and it is
possible to be obliged to keep certain information under the law.
After it is no longer necessary to keep your personal data,
we shall decide the safe removal, in compliance with our data maintenance and
removal policies. If you wish to give up the account, to the extent to which
the data shall no longer be necessary for the compliance with the legal
requirements in force and for the protection of the legal rights and interests
of Asociația Culturală REF, these
shall be removed or anonymised.
Notwithstanding the above-mentioned, your personal data
included in the accounting records and supporting documents that are at the bae
of the registrations in the financial accounting shall be kept in the archive
of the company for 10 years, starting as of the date of the completion of the
financial year during which they were drawn up.
The anonymised data shall be used strictly for the
subsequent statistical analyses.

Culturală REF can store your personal data on the cloud. This means that your
personal data may be processed on our behalf by the cloud service provider and
can be stored in various locations in the world. We shall enforce
organisational and contractual measures in order to protect your personal data
and in order to impose similar requirements, but not less restrictive for our
cloud service providers, including requirement in line with which the personal
data shall be processed exclusively for the purposes indicated above.
